Illustration Friday: Sneaky

Mayte and the Bogeyman illustration by Christina Rodriguez.

This week’s Illustration Friday submission comes from the bilingual children’s picture book, Mayte and the Bogeyman / Mayte y el Cuco. Mayte and her best friend Pepito suspect Don Apricio is really “The Bogeyman” in disguise. Believing he is going to sell the “kidnapped child” in his burlap sack to the town butcher, they sneak behind him and try to stop his diabolical plan.

Thanks for stopping by, and have a nice weekend!
